The iPad Pro 1st Generation was released on September 9, 2015, and was the first iPad to feature the True Tone display.
It came in Silver, Gold, and Space Gray Color options. It also came with 4GB of LPDDR4 SDRAM.
iPad Pro 2nd Generation
The iPad Pro 2nd Generation was released on June 5, 2017, and a Quad core Apple A10X CPU, with a display 50% Brighter than the previous model. It was released with iOS 10.3.2, and is upgradable to the latest version of iPad OS 13.
iPad Pro (2018)
The iPad Pro (2018), also called iPad Pro 3rd Generation, was released on October 30, 2018, and is the first iPad to feature a Face ID Sensor.
It comes in iOS 12, and is upgradable to the latest version os iPad OS. It comes in Silver, and Space Gray, and supports reverse charging with USB Type C (Thunderbolt 4).
iPad Pro (2020)
The iPad Pro 2020 Model was released on March 18, 2020, and has a new A12Z Bionic Chip. It features a dual-camera system, and a new TOF 3D LiDAR Depth Scanner. It comes in 128, 256, 512, and 1000GB Models each with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
