The PowerBook 140 was released in 1991 and featured a internal floppy drive.

It had a Motorola 68030 CPU at 16MHz and a 20MB Hard Drive.

It also had 2MB of RAM and was preinstalled with Apple System J-6.0.7.1.

PowerBook 170

The PowerBook 170 was released on October 19, 1992, and featured a faster processor.

It came with a Motorola 68030 CPU at 25MHz, and a Motorola 68882 Floating Point Unit.

It also had 1MB of ROM and 4MB of RAM which is upgradable to 8MB (2MB of Onboard Memory, and 6MB of Memory Module).

PowerBook 145

The PowerBook 145 was released on August 3, 1992.

It came with a Motorola 68030 CPU at 25MHz and 40 or 80MB Hard Drive.

It has a 9.8 inch Monochrome Display with a 640 by 400 Pixel Resolution. It also has 1MB of ROM with 4MB of RAM, which is upgradable to 8MB. 

PowerBook 160

The PowerBook 160 was released on October 19, 1992.

It has a Motorola 68030 CPU at 25MHz. It also has 1MB of ROM and 4MB of RAM, which is upgradable to 8MB, and a 9.8 inch Grayscale Passive Matrix LCD Display at 640 by 400 Pixel Resolution and 512KB of Onboard VRAM.

PowerBook 180

The PowerBook 180 was released on October 19, 1992.

It has a Motorola 68030 CPU at 33MHz and a Motorola 68882 Floating Point Unit. It also has 1MB of ROM, 4MB of RAM which is expandable to 14MB, and 512KB of Standard Onboard VRAM.

It comes with a 832 by 624 Pixel Resolution 9.8 Inch Grayscale Active Matrix LCD Display.

The PowerBook 165c was released on February 10, 1993.

PowerBook 2400c

The PowerBook 2400c was released on April 7, 1998.

It had a PowerPC 603e CPU at 240MHz and a 2GB Hard Drive.

It also has 4MB of ROM and 16MB of RAM, which is expandable to 80MB.

It comes with a 10.4 Inch 800 by 600 Pixel Resolution Color Active Matrix 16 bit SVGA LCD DIsplay.

The PowerBook G4 Aluminum was released on January 7.

It has a PowerPC 7455 CPU at 867MHz and a 40GB Hard Drive.

It also has 1MB of ROM, and 256MB of RAM, which is expandable to 1152MB.

It comes with a 12.1 Inch 1600 by 1200 Pixel Resolution TFT XGA Active Matrix Display.

PowerBook G4 Titanium

The PowerBook G4 Titanium was released on January 9, 2001.

It has a PowerPC 7410 CPU at 400MHz and 8MB of VRAM.

It also has 1MB of ROM, and 128MB of PC100 SDRAM, which is expandable to 1000MB. It comes with 15.2 Inch 1280 by 960 Pixel Resolution Color Widescreen TFT Active Matrix Display.
