Macintosh Quadra 605

The Macintosh Quadra 605 was released on October 21, 1993.

It has a Motorola 68LC040 CPU at 25MHz and is compatible with MacOS System 8.1.

It also has 1MB of ROM with 4 or 8MB of RAM, which is expandable to 132MB.

It only supports one display at a time at a 1150 by 872 Resolution, but with the addition of a Macintosh LC III PDS Video Card, another display can be supported.

Macintosh Quadra 610

The Macintosh Quadra 610 was released on October 21, 1993, and was also known as the Centris 610, or the Workgroup Server 60.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 25MHz and a Integrated FPU.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM with 8MB of Standard RAM, which is expandable to 68MB, with two 32MB SIMM cards.

Although it only supports one display at a time, a second one can be added by using the addition of a PDS or Video Card at a 532 by 624 Pixel Resolution.

Macintosh Quadra 630

The Macintosh Quadra 630 was released on July 15, 1994, and was also known as the Macintosh LC 630, or the Performa 630.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU with a integrated Floating Point Unit at 33MHz.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM and 4MB of 72-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 36MB.

It supports one display at a 832 by 624 Pixel Resolution and 1MB of Onboard VRAM, which is not expandable. 

Macintosh Quadra 650

The Macintosh Quadra 650 was introduced on October 21, 1993, and was also known as the Macintosh Centris 650.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU with a integrated FPU at 33MHz, and 25MHz for previous models.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM and 8MB of 72-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 132MB for 4MB Models, and 136MB for 8MB Models.

It supports a single display, and can support another one by using a Video Card, with a 1152 by 870 Pixel Resolution on a 8-bit Color display. 

Macintosh Quadra 660AV

The Macintosh Quadra was introduced on October 21, 1993 and was released along with the Quadra 840AV.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU with a integrated FPU at 25MHz. Also, it has 2MB of Macintosh ROM with 8MB of 72-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 68MB by using two 32MB Sticks.

It supports a single display, and can support another one by using a PDS or Video Card, with a supported resolution of 512 by 384 to 1152 by 870 Pixel Densities, and the Quadra 660AV has 1MB of Onboard VRAM.

Macintosh Quadra 700

The Macintosh Quadra 700 was introduced on October 21, 1991, along with the Quadra 900, and was also the first computer Apple designed to be enclosed in a Mini-tower form factor.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 25MHz with an integrated FPU.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM and 4MB of 30-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 68MB by using four 16MB SIMM cards.

It supports a single display, and can support another one by using a Video Card.

It is compatible with a 512 by 384 to 1152 by 870 Pixel Resolution and has 512KB of Onboard VRAM.


Macintosh Quadra 800

The Macintosh Quadra 800 was introduced on February 9, 1993, and was also known as the Workgroup Server 80.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 33MHz and an integrated FPU.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM with 8MB of 72-pin RAM, which is expandable to 136MB by using four 32MB Cards.

It only supports a single display, but a second one can be added by using a Video Card. 

The Macintosh Quadra 800 has a compatible Pixel Resolution of 512 by 384 to 1152 by 870, at 8-bit color.

Macintosh Quadra 840AV

The Macintosh Quadra 840AV was introduced on July 29, 1993, and was discontinued due to the release of Power Macintosh.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 40MHz with a integrated FPU.

Also, it has 2MB of Macintosh ROM and 8 or 16MB of 72-pin RAM, which is expandable to 128MB by using four 32MB SIMM Cards.

It supports a single display, and a second can be added with a Video Card. It has a 230, 500, or 1000MB Hard Drive, and runs MacOS System 7.1 to 8.1.

 

Macintosh Quadra 900

The Macintosh Quadra 900 was introduced on October 21, 1991, and had a Minitower form factor. It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 25MHz and an integrated FPU.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM and 4MB of 30-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 64MB by using four 16MB SIMM Cards. It only supports a single display, but another one can be added by using a Video Card.

It is compatible with a 512 by 384 to 1152 by 870 Pixel Resolution, and also has 1MB of VRAM, which is expandable to 2MB.

Macintosh Quadra 950

The Macintosh Quadra 950 was released on May 18, 1992, and was also known as the Workgroup Server 95.

It has a Motorola 68040 CPU at 33MHz and a integrated FPU.

Also, it has 1MB of Macintosh ROM with 8 or 12MB of 30-pin SIMM RAM, which is expandable to 256MB by using sixteen 16MB SIMM Cards. By default, the Macintosh Quadra only supports a single display, but another one can be supported by using a Video Card. It is compatible with a 512 by 384 to 1152 by 870 Pixel resolution.
