Macintosh 128K

The Macintosh 128K was released on January 24, 1984 and was the first computer to run Apple System 1.0, but discontinued at the release of system 4.0.

It came with a Motorola 68000 CPU at 7.8336MHz. It also came with 128KB of RAM Built in.

Macintosh 512K

The Macintosh 512K was released on September 10, 1984.

It had 512KB of RAM and 64KB of ROM. The storage could be expanded by using a Apple Hard Disk 20, or a 800KB Floppy Disk. It also came with a Motorola 68000 CPU at 7.8338 MHz.

Macintosh XL

The Macintosh XL was released on January 1, 1985.

It has a Motorola 68000 CPU at 5MHz. It also has 512KB RAM, which is expandable to 2MB.

It was shipped with Apple System 1.1, and is upgradable to Apple System 3.

Macintosh Plus

The Macintosh Plus was released on January 16, 1986, and had 1MB of RAM.

It was shipped with Apple System 3, and is upgradable to Apple System 7.5.5.

It runs a Motorola 68000 CPU at 8MHz.

Macintosh SE

The Macintosh SE was released on March 2, 1987, the same time as the Macintosh II was announced.

It had a Motorola 68000 CPU at 7.8MHz. It also had 1MB of preinstalled RAM, which is upgradable to 4MB.

Macintosh Portable

The Macintosh Portable was released on September 20, 1989, and was the first Portable Computer Apple Designed.

It had 1MB of SRAM, 256KB of ROM. It also had a Motorola 68000 CPU at 16MHz.
